Tasting Notes
Intense red color with Bordeaux tints. Clear and typical notes of the variety when grown in high altitude mountains are expressed in the aromas: chili pepper, mint eucalyptus, tomato leaves. You can appreciate its great volume and intensity, it has a creamy and intense texture with a persistent finish.

Production Notes
Manual harvest at dawn, in the month of April, fermentation for 15 days. Manual punch downs enhanced the wine's extraction. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 days.
Winemaker Notes
From the Winemaker- Damián Nuñez: El Vistaflorino was born from the idea of having our own wine, made by our own hands, so we decided together as a family to start making artisanal wines in the garage at home. The venture began in March 2019 when we decided to buy high quality grapes in Los Chacayes, located in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina. We fulfilled our dream of being able to ferment our first wine at home, located at Vista Flores, Tunuyán. After a lot of effort and help from family and friends, we managed our first limited batches of wines.
